In accordance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act – Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and its applicable provisions in 2026, the Site may use artificial intelligence algorithms to:

  • Process voice or text data to facilitate information entry.

These AI systems are classified as limited riskunder the AI Act. In accordance with the transparency obligation (Article 50 of the AI Regulation), we inform users that:

  • Contents generated or suggested by AI are clearly identified as such in the interface.
  • The user always maintains final control over the data and configured parameters.
  • No automated decisions having a legal or significant effect on users are made without human intervention.
